Bose McKinney & Evans LLP partner David Suess has been elected secretary of the board trustees for The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis for 2012.
The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 2010 as a private foundation that funds health-related projects not easily funded by other means, and organizations that offer health and health-related services, primarily to the community’s poorest and most vulnerable citizens.
Suess is a partner in the Tax and Business Services Groups. Suess assists clients with a variety of state and local tax issues, including property taxation, gaming taxation and other tax controversies. He regularly litigates complex property tax assessment and valuation appeals in administrative and court settings in Indiana and Illinois, and has handled similar cases in other forums, including federal bankruptcy court.
