Elizabeth Schuerman is a partner practicing primarily in medical malpractice defense, premises liability defense and general litigation. She counsels clients through all aspects of litigation including pursuit negotiation, discovery, mediation and trial. Schuerman was included in the Top 25 Indiana Super Lawyers in 2015. In 2010, Schuerman was named the Indianapolis Bar Association’s 2010 Young Lawyer of the Year. She received her B.A. from Truman State University (2000) and her J.D. from Southern Illinois University (2006, cum laude). Additionally, she has been recognized in a variety of other listings, including Indiana Super Lawyers® – Rising Stars Edition (2010-2013). She received the Leadership in Law Award from Indiana Lawyer in 2012.
Bryan Babb is the chair of the firm’s Appellate Services Group, and a member of the Litigation Group. He is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. Before joining the firm, Babb served as a judicial law clerk for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Frank Sullivan, Jr. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (B.S., 1989), Boston University (M.S., 1994), and Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington (J.D. cum laude, 1999). Babb has been named in the Top 50 Indiana Super Lawyers since 2012 and has been included in the Best Lawyers in America® 2008-2015 for appellate law. Tim O’Hara is a partner in the Family Law and Litigation Groups. With more than 30 years in the practice of law, he guides clients through high-profile and complex divorces, advising clients on child custody issues, trust fund management, parenting time guidelines, child support guidelines, multi-state custodial arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements, adoptions and more. Additionally, he represents individual clients in commercial and personal litigation, including real estate contractual disputes, and employment litigation cases, bankruptcy proceedings, shareholder disputes, restaurant/hospitality issues, antitrust allegations, mortgage fraud, foreclosures, and civil and white collar criminal cases.
